Originally due to start in August 2005 now delayed until
June 2006 for its enforcement, it will be illegal to dump
your redundant computer in the dustbin. It will have to be
taken to the council collection centre for proper disposal.
Businesses will have to pay to dispose of their computers.
These old computers have to be processed and recycled by approved
recycling companies.
Many of these computers are still useful to communities in
the third world and people in the UK, so why dump them?
We will take your old equipment
and refurbish it to original manufacturers condition.
Once refurbished, the equipment will be used to assist
Project Agape. This is done by either donating it to the
third world or selling the equipment in the UK, where
the profits will be used to fund the continued works'
of Project Agape.
